During my time at Iman Academy as a Grade 3 Homeroom Teacher and Deputy Head of Section, I deeply admired the center rotation approach implemented in the DAP section (KG to Grade 3). It fostered a dynamic, engaging environment where students could take ownership of their learning, explore their interests, and develop independence. Facilitating student agency in this way allowed me to witness remarkable growth in my students' confidence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.
