Iman Academy Admissions Process

We are delighted that you are considering Iman Academy for your child’s educational journey. Our admission process is thoughtfully designed to ensure a strong partnership between home and school, and to help us understand each child’s needs and potential. Here is a brief overview of the steps:

Orientation Session

Begin with a guided orientation where we introduce our unique educational approach through an informative presentation. Learn about our developmentally appropriate practices, low student-teacher ratios, classroom culture, collaborative learning, and enrichment programs. Call +94719992020 to schedule your meeting.

Application Submission

Complete and submit the application form with relevant student and parent information. This includes proof of income and identification documents. An application processing fee will be applicable.

Application Review

Our Finance and Administration division will review your application to ensure all criteria are met, within 5-10 working days.

Classroom Experience & Evaluation

Your child will be invited to spend a day in the relevant classroom. During this visit, teachers will carry out activity-based observations to assess both academic and behavioral readiness.

Meeting with Head of School

Families will be invited for a feedback session and interview with the Head of School, where insights from the classroom visit will be discussed.

Decision Notification

You will receive an official email regarding your child’s admission status.

Confirmation & Payment

Upon acceptance, the admission will be confirmed once all required payments are completed.
